1. Project Overview
This OEM/ODM project demonstrates the hardware development of a vehicle charging management PCBA for 12 V and 24 V automotive low-voltage electrical systems. The reference design uses a 2-layer, 90 × 60 mm PCB with 12/24 V input and 5 V / QC3.0 output. Development work covers circuit revision, PCB optimization and reliability validation for in-vehicle charging applications.
2. Automotive Charging Hardware Development
