12-Way Automotive Fuse Block with Negative Bus, LED Indicators and Cover

1. Twelve Fused Circuits in One Block

The KU-FV-14-002 has 12 active ATC/ATO blade-fuse positions for distributing power to separate automotive accessory circuits. Two additional slots hold spare fuses, keeping replacements close to the installed circuits without adding them to the electrical load.

A maximum voltage rating of 32 V makes the fuse block suitable for compatible 12 V and 24 V DC systems. Each connected circuit should use a fuse selected for the wiring and load requirements of that circuit.

2. Integrated Negative Bus

Positive and negative connections are arranged on the same block. The integrated negative bus collects the return connections, while the positive side distributes power through the 12 individual fuse positions.

Nickel-plated copper connection terminals provide the contact points for the circuit wiring. This layout helps keep accessory wiring organized and reduces the need for a separate negative bus bar.

3. Red LED Indicators and Dust Cover

Red LED indicators are positioned alongside the fuse circuits for visual circuit identification. The ABS housing has a dust cover that shields the fuse and terminal area during normal use.

The cover is described as dustproof rather than waterproof. Installations exposed to water, spray or severe weather require suitable additional protection.

4. Compact Panel-Mount Design

The fuse block measures 138.25 x 85 x 36.5 mm and uses a panel-mount configuration. Its narrow layout fits vehicle electrical installations where several accessory circuits need to be grouped in one location.

The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C. Typical uses include vehicle lighting, auxiliary equipment and other fused circuits in cars, trucks, buses, RVs and off-road vehicles.
