8-Circuit 12V–24V RGB Switch Panel with Control Box and 80A Circuit Breaker

1. Eight-Circuit Centralized Control

The 8-circuit RGB switch panel combines a dashboard-mounted control panel with a separate circuit control box. Eight control buttons allow compatible auxiliary electrical circuits to be switched individually from one centralized panel.

• Eight Circuit Buttons: Provide individual control of eight connected electrical circuits.
• Main ON/OFF Button: Controls the main operating state of the switch panel.
• Circuit Status LEDs: A red LED indicates when the corresponding circuit is switched on.
• Selectable Labels: The supplied set of 50 labels allows each circuit button to be identified according to the connected equipment.

2. Adjustable RGB Backlight

• Multiple Backlight Colors: Available modes include red, green, blue, orange, purple, cyan, white and a customizable color.
• Breathing-Light Mode: Provides an additional dynamic backlight option.
• Custom Color Mode: Press and hold the RGB button for three seconds to enter the custom color setting.
• Five Brightness Levels: The backlight can be adjusted to 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% or 10% brightness.

3. Fused Circuit Control Box

• Eight Fused Outputs: Each output circuit is protected by a separate replaceable fuse.
• Fuse Configuration: The supplied fuse ratings are 30 A, 30 A, 20 A, 20 A, 10 A, 10 A, 5 A and 5 A.
• Total System Limit: Individual fuse ratings must not be added together and treated as the permissible total operating current.
• Separate Control Box: Keeps the output connections and circuit protection separate from the dashboard control panel.
• 80 A Circuit Breaker: Included for main-circuit protection.

4. 12 V and 24 V Power Connections

• Dual-Voltage Compatibility: Designed for compatible 12 V and 24 V DC electrical systems.
• ACC Connection: Allows the panel to operate according to the vehicle’s accessory or ignition circuit.
• BAT Connection: Can keep the panel backlight available before the vehicle is started.
• Battery-Drain Consideration: Continuous BAT connection may consume battery power and is not recommended for prolonged unattended operation.
• Installation Requirements: Wiring, fuse selection and connected loads must remain within the specified system and circuit ratings.

5. B2B Supply Configuration

The package combines the switch panel, fused control box, wiring components, circuit breaker, mounting hardware and selectable labels in one installation set.
