30kW 61.44kWh Commercial and Industrial Energy Storage Cabinet with Hybrid Inverter
A 30 kW, 61.44 kWh commercial and industrial energy storage cabinet integrating six LiFePO4 battery modules, a three-phase hybrid inverter, three MPPT channels, two-level BMS and LCD monitoring. Configurable air, air-conditioning or liquid cooling supports different project and environmental requirements.
1. Integrated Commercial Energy Storage
The KU-IS-04-001 is a 30 kW, 61.44 kWh commercial and industrial energy storage cabinet integrating a high-voltage LiFePO4 battery system, hybrid inverter, two-level BMS and digital LCD interface. It supports photovoltaic charging, grid charging, grid-connected operation and off-grid power supply within one cabinet.
2. Three-Phase Hybrid Power Conversion
• 30 kW Rated AC Power: Supports three-phase charging and discharging for compatible commercial electrical systems.
• 45 kW Off-Grid Peak Power: Provides 1.5 times the rated output for up to 10 seconds.
• Regional Three-Phase Voltages: Supports compatible 220/380 VAC or 230/400 VAC systems.
• <3% Output THD: Maintains the stated total harmonic distortion at rated operating power.
• Bidirectional Energy Management: Integrates inverter operation, photovoltaic charging and utility-grid charging.
3. Three-Channel Photovoltaic Input
• 39 kW Maximum PV Input: Accommodates a suitably designed commercial photovoltaic array.
• Three Independent MPPT Channels: Track separate PV input groups across changing sunlight conditions.
• Two Strings per MPPT: Supports up to six photovoltaic strings across the three channels.

5. Configurable Thermal and Auxiliary Systems
• Multiple Cooling Options: Available with forced-air cooling, integrated air conditioning or liquid cooling.
• IP54 Cabinet: Provides protection against dust and water ingress for suitable outdoor installations.
• Optional Auxiliary Equipment: Can integrate lighting, power distribution, fire-protection equipment and environmental abnormality-handling components.
• Highly Integrated Structure: Combines the battery, inverter, management and optional auxiliary systems in one cabinet.
6. Engineering and Project Integration
The system is suitable for energy-cost management, photovoltaic self-consumption, backup power and energy-platform expansion. Final battery configuration, cooling system, fire-protection design, grid settings and site installation must be engineered according to project loads and local electrical, building and fire-safety requirements.
