A 50 kW, 102.4 kWh commercial energy storage cabinet with ten LiFePO4 battery modules, four MPPT channels, a three-phase hybrid inverter and two-level BMS. Its IP54 outdoor enclosure supports selectable forced-air, air-conditioning or liquid-cooling configurations for commercial and industrial energy projects.

1. 102.4kWh Commercial Storage Platform

The KU-IS-04-002 is a 50 kW, 102.4 kWh commercial energy storage cabinet combining a high-voltage LiFePO4 battery bank, hybrid inverter, two-level BMS and digital LCD control interface. It is designed for commercial facilities, industrial sites and distributed photovoltaic energy projects.

2. Three-Phase Power Management

• 50 kW Bidirectional AC Power: Supports compatible grid charging, battery discharging and three-phase load applications.
• 75 kW Off-Grid Peak Output: Supplies 1.5 times rated power for up to 10 seconds.
• Regional Voltage Configurations: Supports compatible 220/380 VAC or 230/400 VAC three-phase systems.
• 50/60 Hz Operation: Accommodates different destination-market grid frequencies.
• <3% Output THD: Maintains the stated total harmonic distortion under rated-power conditions.

3. Four-Channel Solar Integration

• 65 kW Maximum PV Input: Allows the photovoltaic array to be sized above the inverter’s rated AC output.
• Four MPPT Channels: Independently manage four photovoltaic input groups.
• Two Strings per MPPT: Supports up to eight PV strings across the complete system.
• 260–650 V MPPT Range: Provides a broad operating window for high-voltage commercial solar arrays.
• 600 V Rated PV Input: Serves as the reference operating voltage for photovoltaic system design.

4. Ten-Module Battery Architecture

• 102.4 kWh Total Capacity: Uses ten standardized lithium iron phosphate battery modules.
• 10.24 kWh per Module: Each module is rated at 51.2 V and 200 Ah.
• 432–576 V Battery Range: Matches the high-voltage input requirements of the integrated hybrid inverter.
• Two-Level BMS: Coordinates battery-module monitoring with complete system-level management.
• Local LCD Management: Displays operating data and supports on-site system control.

5. Configurable Cooling and Auxiliary Equipment

• Forced-Air Cooling: Provides a basic active-cooling option for suitable operating environments.
• Air-Conditioning Option: Supports controlled cabinet temperature in demanding ambient conditions.
• Liquid-Cooling Option: Available for projects requiring enhanced thermal management.
• Optional Supporting Systems: Lighting, power distribution, fire protection and environmental abnormality-handling components can be integrated according to project requirements.

6. Outdoor Cabinet Integration

The IP54 cabinet consolidates the battery modules, inverter, BMS, display and optional auxiliary systems into one outdoor-format enclosure. Final cooling, fire-protection, grid-connection and power-distribution configurations should be engineered according to local regulations and site conditions.
