A 100 A MPPT solar charge controller for compatible 96 V battery systems, supporting up to 11.2 kW of photovoltaic input. It features a 130–300 V MPPT range, RS485 communication, multi-chemistry battery charging, forced-air cooling and configurable parallel system expansion.

1. High-Power 96V Solar Charging

The KU-OG-06-002 is a 100 A MPPT solar charge controller developed for compatible 96 V battery-storage systems. It supports photovoltaic input power up to 11200 W, a 130–300 V MPPT range and maximum conversion efficiency of 98% for medium- and large-scale off-grid solar projects.

2. High-Voltage PV Input Management

• 11200 W Maximum PV Input: Supports compatible high-power photovoltaic arrays.
• 130–300 V MPPT Range: Tracks the array’s maximum power point across a broad high-voltage input range.
• 180 V Recommended PV Voltage: Provides a reference operating voltage for compatible 96 V system design.
• 300 V Maximum PV Open-Circuit Voltage: Defines the upper voltage limit for photovoltaic array selection.
• Dynamic Startup Voltage: Requires the photovoltaic input to reach approximately 20 V above the actual battery voltage before operation begins.

3. Intelligent Battery Charging
